VersaLogic
High-quality board-level products for embedded applications
A leading supplier of industrial computers since 1976, VersaLogic focuses on high-quality board-level products for embedded OEM applications. Product lines include PC/104, PC/104-Plus, EBX, and STD 32 Bus. Their 5-year product availability guarantee and outstanding warranties demonstrate a commitment to service. Industry-wide surveys recently rated the company a "Platinum" level embedded board vendor (2002 and 2003 VDC studies).

Linux-Ready Computers

VersaLogic offers a full line of single board computers and CPU modules, including PC/104, PC/104-Plus and EBX format boards. All feature Linux-supported processors, network capability, multiple storage options, digital and analog I/O options and extended temperature/low power versions. Top products include:
  • EBX single board computers combine maximum functionality with low cost and backplane-free technology. These 5.75 x 8 inch boards feature 32-bit PC/104-Plus expansion, industry-standard footprint, low power consumption and all the functions of an embedded computer system. VersaLogic EBX boards are at the heart of a variety of critical systems including medical diagnostic equipment, industrial automation and semiconductor fabrication. Each is fully compatible with Linux and a variety of RTOSs.

  • If small is what you need, VersaLogic PC/104-Plus CPU modules are right on target. These 3.6 x 3.8 inch single board computers are fully compatible with Linux and a variety of RTOSs. This standard platform is embraced by a variety of industries for applications as diverse as electric power control, seismograph monitoring, and military biohazard detection. PC/104 and PC/104-Plus expansion modules allow you to add features to EBX or PC/104 systems. Expand to dual Ethernet capability, choose a specialized I/O interface, or add video or extra data storage during the development stage. Create the "custom" system you need using these industry standard plug-in modules.

  • The STD 32 Bus format is unmatched for complex systems that require extensive expandability, multiprocessing, or low mean time to repair. The compact 4.5 x 6.5 inch size and industrial strength architecture make it an ideal solution for demanding real-time control and data acquisition applications. Choose from hundreds of off-the-shelf STD Bus and compatible STD 32 Bus boards. Like the larger format VME bus, the STD 32 Bus supports 8, 16, and 32-bit non-multiplexed transfers across the backplane for exceptional performance.
